Privacy policy

What data we collect

We collect the data you send us through the contact form:

• name and company
• email address and, optionally, phone number
• your message

Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your password and have no access to your emails, files or contacts. We use this data only to show you that you are signed in on the site. The legal basis is your consent, given by clicking “Continue with Google”, and you can sign out at any time.

Sign-in is provided by Google, which processes its data under its own privacy policy.

Email and password accounts

For our clients we create accounts with an email and password. We only keep the email address and a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of the password, never the password itself. We use this data only to give you access to the client area for the duration of our collaboration. You can ask at any time for a password change or for the account to be deleted.

Why we use it

We use this data solely to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering requests we receive).

We do not use the data for automated marketing and we never sell or rent it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for at most 24 months after the last interaction, then delete them. If you become a client, data is kept for the duration of the contract and as required by law.

Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations: the website hosting provider and the email provider through which we receive messages. We do not share data with other third parties, except where required by law.

Traffic statistics

For statistics we use Plausible Analytics, a service that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. We only see aggregate figures, such as the number of visits to a page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy
• ask for it to be corrected or deleted
• ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it
• data portability
• lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or your local authority
